The philboss Platform is intended for use by residents and visitors of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. philboss does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
By using the philboss Platform, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling or engaging in gaming activities.
To access real-money gaming services on the philboss Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your Philippine mobile number, a username, and a secure password. philboss reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the philboss Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Balances deposited by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. philboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify philboss immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
philboss may require you to complete identity and age verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to provide a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by philboss may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal services pending completion.
KYC verification protects both you and philboss against fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized account access. philboss handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The philboss Platform accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. philboss does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly and credited to your philboss Account Real Money Balance upon successful completion of the payment transaction. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within the processing timeframe applicable to the selected banking channel, typically 15 minutes to same-day. philboss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
philboss reserves the right to refuse a deposit transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. All payment methods used for deposits must be owned and operated by the registered Account holder — third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.
The philboss Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion services are provided. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment service provider if applicable.
Withdrawal of Real Money Balance is available to all verified philboss Account holders. Bonus Balance may only be withdrawn after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
philboss targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — within minutes to a maximum of 24 hours for verified Accounts; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within the same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM (PST). VIP tier Accounts receive priority processing. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by KYC requirements or technical issues.
Standard Account daily withdrawal limits are ₱50,000 (Bronze tier), ₱100,000 (Silver), ₱200,000 (Gold), ₱500,000 (Platinum), and unlimited for Diamond VIP tier Accounts. philboss reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding these thresholds.
philboss does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or payment service provider are the responsibility of the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by the payment processor as applicable.
philboss offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Balance credits are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified: slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; video poker games contribute 20%; bingo games contribute 50%; sports betting contributions are stated per promotion. Table games with RTP above 99% may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
philboss reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend an Account, if it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has abused promotional offers. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses repeatedly; coordinated wagering with other players to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk; exploitation of system errors in bonus crediting; and withdrawal of deposits immediately following bonus claim without genuine play.
Bonus Balance credits that remain unclaimed or whose Wagering Requirements remain unsatisfied within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account. Standard validity for promotional credits at philboss is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified.
All game outcomes on the philboss Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, or by physical dealing under real-time surveillance for live dealer games. Game results are final and binding once confirmed. philboss does not alter or intervene in game outcomes after a round has commenced.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a gaming session, philboss reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. philboss is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by third-party game providers, internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, or force majeure events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philboss Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension:

Upon Account suspension for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance that was legitimately deposited (and not derived from fraudulent transactions) may be returned at philboss's discretion after deducting all applicable Bonus Balances and winnings associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Bonus Balances are forfeited in all cases of Account suspension for breach.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting philboss support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
All content on the philboss Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, trademarks, service marks, and software — is the intellectual property of philboss or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. philboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the philboss Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 9.3.
