The philboss Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gaming applicable in the Philippines. philboss does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If philboss becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted as promptly as permitted by applicable legal retention obligations, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.
